This is a beat tape of instrumentals! I tried to make them interesting on their own terms but there is always room for re-imagination and development. If you are a rapper, producer, or musician and you hear something you like please download it, chop it up, rap over it, remix it, do whatever you feel inspired to do! All I ask is that you shoot me an email so I can hear your interpretation. I'm always curious.

Despite being a compilation of sorts, I felt like many of these tracks shared the same dreary, grey, downtempo sound that fit nicely with the cover painting. While I produced these songs in my bedroom in Toronto, the title refers to a favourite spot from my old neighbourhood in Hamilton. To me it sounds and looks a lot like this does late in the year.
